On 9/20/2023, I ordered a family order to go. We get home and split & serve the food, amongst 6 of us, (4kids and 2 adults). I tell them to stop and throw their plates away, the chicken was chewy, gooey and not all the way cooked. We call & the manager (***************************) says come tomorrow bring the wings h*** remake the order.We put the rest of what we didnt serve in fridge to take so they can see they werent cooked. September 21st, My husband takes the wings so they can see they werent cooked and to get the remake. (*****************************) tells him well remake 8 since thats whats in the container, he tells her how we threw the plates in the trash, she tells him to bring them, he said hes not digging in the trash, she says well then she cant remake the order. I tell him Im coming with the wings, and I BRING THE ***** BAG. She comes out and says she doesnt want me to have to go thru the trash Heres is the order of 8 wings Shes not making the rest because thats all we brought, I said i brought you the rest you want me to go through the trash, she says YES If I want the rest remade. I open the bag and started pulling them out, (She says shes calling the police). You see maybe 5 wings eaten out of 30, because my kids started eating. The rest are still full of meat, I showed her In the trash and on the counter pulled 2/3 full wings still intact out infront of her to show her the wings, you can see them she just would not look. As I pulled the first wing, She said okay thats 9 would you like me to bring you out 1 more wing I started pulling more out, she I started COUNTING. Okay, thats 9, thats 10.As soon as the police come In She says look at what she has on my counter after she said to pull them out so she can see. The cops had to do their job and write a NO Trespassing warning.But they also could see her attitude and my daughter recorded everything.Not to mention the Police, kept apologizing for her behavior.

On October 2 I ordered a curbside order in house and was told 20 minutes. 45 minutes later and 3 toddlers in hand my order was still not ready. Everybody was playing as though they were already ready for the after party this evening. Eventually it was said that my order was ready and I took the product home only to realize that my order was exactly not what I ordered and in fact over exaggerated in sauce and unprofessional presentation. It was so exaggerated it could not even be eaten. On 10/4 I initiated a refund with house manager *** 10 days later I was told that it had been denied and another refund was initiated. By this time I forgot about it already remember with my bank statement that had not been fulfilled I called on 11/15 Venmo is not available and I was not allowed to have the general manager or district managers contact information.On 11/24 ***** ask for Mo who is not available and I asked for the regional manager **** and was given another store location to which the general manager is not located. At that store that manager attempted a refund and two Was denied. Im 12/7 I can spoke with *** and explain the entire situation she told me she was not allowed to give a cash refund but that she would initiate another refund electronically. On 12/10 I filed a formal complaint and was told somebody would get back with me who never did. Today 12/17 Ive been in contact with no again and advise that this is now theft and I requested a callback from the general manager ****.Im still out money in this location and their customer service is seriously lacking in customer support
