Lets jump right into it! The most unprofessional place Ive ever been to in my life! I got a car in November Two days into me having the vehicle the check engine light came on! I told them they said call this place I did my appointment was 11/21/23 bought the car in they turned the light off and said nothing was wrong with the vehicle! I called back because the light came back on in 3 days and they gave me another date to come in 12/21/23! My car was stolen 12/6/23! They had the car since 12/11/2023 I paid my car note and the cpi claim which was 500 they said I could get a loaner after paying the cpi claim that I paid and I got nothing! I called every week to get an update on my vehicle and nothing! January **** came and I called right after the holiday to get an update they said I could get a loaner if I paid the deductible for my engine that I reported twice! I paid it 200 and got a loaner! The loaner had no gas! I called after having the loaner for about three weeks and paid another car note and come to find out they never ordered the parts for my car! So I was told that it would be in my best interest to transfer out of the vehicle and get something else because the parts were taking very long to come and it would be a very long time before I could get my car back! I already paid my car note and ended up getting another car and the check engine is flashing! I went to retrieve my things from my vehicle that was stolen and the people that stole my car didnt take nothing because I saw the car when the cop took us to the vehicle when they found it to see if it was diver able and the car wasnt! So this company had took my case of water and the clothes that were in the vehicle I only got half of what I had in the vehicle I forgot a bag of clothes in the loaner and that was missing as well! Your best option would be when you are getting your car serviced here dont! They are sloppy and lack communication and professionalism! They deserve 0 stars honestly!
