      I had my car in for some warranty work. It took two months for the work to be completed. While it was in the shop, I received no updates about my car. I also had everything stolen out of my car while it was in their care. The mechanics or whomever had access to my keys took cleaned out my car. They took things out of my center console and glove compartment leaving greasy prints behind. They took things of monetary value such as a portable jump starter and things that were worth nothing like my grocery bags. When I first called to inquire about this, they seemed like they would do everything to figure it out. However, the opposite was true. They never followed up or even apologized. I will never return.

      I took my car in October 9th 2023 and as of October 25th 2023. I still don't have my car. No one cares there no one calls me back no one updates me. I leave messages on the phone. Letting them know I have to rent a car and are taking Uber in to work. No one cares. I'm going on 3 weeks I truly would like my car back.

      A 2014 Pathfinder was purchased from World Car Nissan Live Oak over 2 years ago, and I was talked into a warranty that is not fair. I'll get back to that in a moment. I took my car in last year to have something repaired and it took about a week to finish, then they ripped the rubber piece that sits in the roof rack channel, and refused to take ownership of what was done, instead they told me that I had to buy a new pair of channel inserts, well I am a single mom of 2 kids, one with special needs and I don't have extra money for things like that. Now, I took my car in today 10/03/2023 because my A/C went out, and since I was sold a warranty, I was thinking that it would be covered, well apparently when the finance guy sold the warranty, I do not believe I was told that the $75K miles I was allowed, started not from the day I bought the used car, but all the way back to 0, so I was charged for the 15K miles the previous owner put on the car. That is truly underhanded and deceitful and just plain WRONG. As I said before I'm a single mom and I now have to live with no A/C in *********** and drive my kids around with no A/C because I don't have $3,000 to fix it. It is just plain sickening what World Car Nissan Live Oak is doing. They will do anything to get out of doing the right thing and to make a buck, even s**** over a single mom. So disappointed!!!!

      I wanted to trade my Ram pickup for a Titan Pro4x and the Salesperson stated that they do not give appraisals sight unseen. I think its a *********** thing. Because I have purchased several vehicle online and over the phone and this dealership is the first that doesnt work with you.

      This is about what I call deceptive business practice. ********************* was our salesperson. I cant say enough about how good she was to us. We had some very specific features that we wanted in our new car and she worked to find us a new vehicle that met our needs and wants. The low rating is due to the Finance aspect. We secured our own funding (pre-approval) from Navy ********************* They issued ** a draft; the Sales Manager saw the draft that was clearly marked Navy ********************* only after we were starting to sign our paperwork did he casually mention that they didnt take bank drafts and wed have to go back to NFCU to have them issue a Cashiers Check. ******* in Finance, after we had signed more paperwork and as we were finishing, he casually told us (regarding NFCU), Dont let them run a second credit check on you. He then told us that theyve tried to do it to other people. We thought that sounded odd but we went ahead and went back to NFCU. When we went to NFCU they told us that since our loan was approved for a certain amount and the purchase order we were given by ******* was for an amount that was almost half of what the draft we took to the dealer. Bottom line: We HAD to have a SECOND CREDIT CHECK at NFCU. They told ** its a new loan. Now we have 2 hits on our credit report.. ******* KNEW WE WOULD HAVE TO GET A SECOND CREDIT CHECK! I FEEL HE DECEIVED **! Had we known that we would have picked another dealer. IF YOU GET A PRE-APPROVED AUTO LOAN FROM NFCU, DO NOT BUY FROM WORLD CAR. After causing ** a second credit check, MY ADVICE IS DONT BUY FROM THEM AT ALL! ******* in Finance told us when we brought a cashiers check back that he talked to someone at NFCU that he had fixed it for another customer. NFCU. NFCU said they run a second credit case in these instances, PERIOD! ******* is untruthful or he doesnt know what hes doing. The Manager was not friendly at all and even rude because I called him out on this. DONT BUY FROM THERE!

      DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I had to bring my car in twice for the same issue because it wasnt fixed the first time. The second time, my car got towed to the dealership and could not get in contact with anyone for over 48 hours to get an update on my car. After being brushed off by the operator 5 separate times, I finally reached the service department where they left me on hold for 25 minutes with no answer. Could not reach anyone until hours later where I was informed they LOST MY CAR! It was at that point the operator finally cared and got me in touch with a manager that told me they, in fact, did not have record of my car. An hour later, they tell me the keys were left on someones desk and they would check the car in to finally receive service after sitting in their lot, nothing being done to it. So unprofessional, so inconsiderate, I will be trading in my car to a new dealership so I never have to deal with them again. I can not believe how beyond unbelievable the service is at this dealership. I am not one to complain and for this dealership to be this bad is insane to me. Avoid at all costs.

      Took my car there for oil change and tire rotation made appointment Friday **** by **** same day Car still not done next day picked up my car without having the service done as I got home I saw my hood was open and my filter was laying on top of my battery. Called instantly left message no response no more bad service I already filed a complaint with The BBB would give them any star

      Do not waste your time on this dealership. I live in ****** ** was looking at a 2018 ******* and was in contact with several members of the sales staff over a 48 hr period all asking me to confirm i would be at the dealership for a scheduled noon appointment to test drive the vehicle. I was even called the evening before and spoke to the sales manager to confirm I would be at the appointment. As the dealership would not let me take the car off the lot to be checked by a mechanic I made arrangements for the mechanic to do the test drive with me and then check what he could on the lot before I would start negotiating a price. On the day of the appointment I drove the 2 hours from ****** to *********** only to be met with blank stares when I introduced myself and asked to speak to sales manager as I had been instructed in the previous day's text. I was then approached by one of the salesman(not the manager) who asked why I was there and then came back to tell me the vehicle was being serviced and would not be available for a test drive that day. All in all I wasted 5 hours and the cost of a tank of gas that day and never received an apology.

      If I could give them zero stars I would! My 2020 Elantra has 3 recalls and it stopped working and they wont tell me anything else but accept for call back. Thats a lie Ive been having to go up there and talk to someone because its always leave a message and they never get back with you!

      Do NOT buy a car here, they will add on finance products that you DO NOT WANT OR AGREE TO. Heres the ***** $7,500 additional finance products without my consent, resultant higher interest and monthly payment amounts, 3 months of battling to process a refund I never should have needed. Heres the longer version: I have purchased many cars over the years (new and used) and this was by far my worst experience. I purchased a new ******** walked in told them the model I wanted and agreed to a price on the spot. The finance department then proceeded to take almost 4 hours to process the paperwork, at the end of which I was shown the final purchase order with $7,500 of additional warranties and insurance that 1. I was NEVER given any prices for, and 2. that I explicitly told them I did NOT want, without even knowing the price! The excuse was verbatim oh Ill have to re-print everything and that will take so long. However, four hours had gone by, and it was near closing time, so in the interest of good faith I went ahead and agreed after reviewing and understanding that I could come back the next day and cancel for a full refund. HOWEVER, note that I have been accruing interest on a loan that is $7500 larger than it should have been, and am obligated to almost $100 per month higher payments, then was originally discussed. Sure enough, true to their word they cancelled the various add-ons. That was 3 months ago, and I finally got some refund, except for the *** policy refund, which as of writing this, I am told was mailed to my bank but they have not seen it. Heres the ***** $7,500 additional finance products without my consent, resultant higher interest and monthly payment amounts, 3 months of battling to process a refund I never should have needed.
