On April 8, 2024 this business was contracted to replace & repair sub floor, replace a beam & insulate the underside of my home. The *************** were done in a timely manner & were done correctly. Contractor rescheduled insulation for April 25, 2024. No one showed on that day. On April 26, 2024, two people came @ 10AM & started insulation project. Contractor reported that they finished that project by the end of the day (5PM). My home is 2600 square ******** was skeptical but ********************* assured me it was completed. ************** went under the house himself, so he knew that the entire house had not been insulated. The work order that I signed shows insulation for 2600 sq feet & the charge for that. On May 24, 2024, my son went under the house to check a leak & discovered that the project had not been completed. Approximately one third of the house was insulated. The business was contacted by e-mail on May 24, 2024 due to it being after hours & a holiday weekend, with pictures attached. After several phone calls & texts, one worker showed up on June 8, 2024 with 2 rolls of insulation that covered 100 square feet each. He applied the insulation & left the property. I was assured by ********************* (owner) that problem would be resolved & finished on June 8, 2024. I paid almost $ ****** for this project. As of today, the house is not completely insulated. I am a 66 yr old widow with limited resources. I just want the project finished & done correctly as quickly as possible. I have other repairs that need to be done but no one will touch my house until this project is completed. Please help me or at least refer me to someone that can help. Thank you.
