      On 08/19/2023 I paid for, enrollment and training with the Activity Directors Network for *********************. ***** enrolled in the course and set up a student account shortly thereafter. Information on the training which was to start on 09/04/2023 did not come forth. ***** and myself made multiple calls to ************** and left messages. Additionally we both sent emails. On the first day of the training 09/04/2023, ***** tried logging in several times throughout the day (I witnessed these attempts) her account had been disabled. Again messages and emails were provided by myself and *****. I left a final message on 09/08/2023 stating if I did not get a return call by noon 09/11/2032 I would be filing a dispute with my credit card and a complaint with the better BBB. To date no one has ever responded to myself or *****.

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention so we could get these issues fixed. As we discussed over the phone, I will get ********************* enrolled in the upcoming October 3rd Training course so she is not starting out behind and having to play catch up. I'm sorry we did not receive any of your earlier correspondence attempts, but I am glad we were able to get a hold of each other so we could get *****'s enrollment resolved and setup properly so she can get started with her training. Please be sure she logs into www.ActivityDirectorUniversity.org on October 3rd to start the course. Please call my personal cell or the office if you have any questions.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I registered for an online course and was not given access to the course, the cost was $600, owner said I would get access the following month and requested that I resolve concern with BBB and I did, but then could not access the course the following month. I want a refund to my credit card for services not provided ! I do not want any other form of resolution, because it won't happen I tried once and it was not effective.

      ********************* has been enrolled and had access to the course since October 3rd, 2023. She has chosen for whatever reason not to login and access the coursework, but we don't force logins and participation. The student has to decide to participate. The enrollment was completed just like we discussed and my personal cell remains available for any issues you might be experiencing but I haven't heard from you or ***** about the course. ***** is more than welcome to transfer into a class that is not completed and actually participate this time if she likes. This will be our last attempt to help ********************* get the proper training as we have transferred her twice with no fees so could get started and refuses to login and participate. Please do not make false claims as it does hurt our business and we try very hard to take care of every single one of our students just like we have accommodated ***** in her enrollment and now 2 transfers at no additional cost. We are here to help and will continue to work with ***** if she chooses but we will not be issuing a refund as we have already paid our instructor to teach her twice even though she doe not show up for class.
