I took my vehicle in for repairs after hitting a deer. They keep my car for over 4 weeks. Charged my insurance an ungodly amount of money. There was not that much damage to my vehicle. They told me my air bag light was on. It was not on when it went into the shop. The front bumper does not fit. The hood is not lined up. My air bag light is back on and it has not even been 2 days. I can not get my car inspected now because of the air bag light. They will not return my phone call. My insurance told me to call them and have them fix it right. I have called now for 2 days. They charged my insurance **** dollars for a **** dollar fix. They need to fix my car right or give me the money so i can get it fixed right. I need help to get my car fixed Right. They did not even put the correct bumper on my car but got one out of junk yard and half way made it fix. The head lights don't even fit right. They need to be held accountable.Business response

I have talked to the customer about the repairs we repaired the car per their insurance estimate their car was sent to ****** for the air bag light being on they are the best ones to have this item worked on they did a minor repair but said if the light comes back on they would need it for further diagnosis which was explained to the customer. Their car will pass a State inspection with a air bag light on he was advised of this . Their ******* has been notified about the light on we are waiting for them to approve further Diagnosis and repair. We will address any fit or finish problems at that time . The time to repair any car in a timely manner has been made difficult do to parts supply issues . We are sorry for any inconvenience but we are working with their ******* to resolve any issues.
