My family rented a storage unit from this business from April 2021 through December 2021.In Q4 of 2021, the business was sold to iStorage (the current owner). Around October 2021, we noticed that there was some damage and signs of nesting in our storage unit (moving blankets chewed up, shrink wrap around our furniture chewed up).We vacated the storage unit in December 2021 and found several pieces of furniture that were damaged and qualified for claim compensation through the insurance that they required us to pay for when we originally signed the contract for our unit rental (they would not allow any tenants to rent without some kind of coverage).On January 10th, I filed a claim with the location.I followed up repeatedly with phone calls to the location over the next 80 days with no movement.On March 29th, the local property manager asked me to submit my claim to "*********************************"I have since sent four e-mails to ********************************* and have received no response back We have since replaced the damaged furniture with our own funds and would like compensation, as outlined in our insurance agreement.
