I purchased a used car from Kramer and right at the 30 day **** the ** blower motor went out. The glove box does not even stay open and it falls all the way down. I asked them if they would fix it and they said they would order the part. Here we are more than 45 days later and I do not have the part. The sales lady ****** told me to go back on a Friday and my floor mats and the part should be here. I showed up the Friday after I purchased the car and they didnt even order the parts. I texted her and I messaged the dealership and all she told me is she doesnt have it. I have never been so ****** off with a dealership not following through on what they promised. I asked them to mail them to me. I got nothing. *** already had to spend money out of pocket to replace the ** blower motor. If they do not rectify the situation, I will contact an attorney to look into this furthet. This is not how customers should be treated. I have had 0 follow up from this dealership! I pretty much had to do the delivery by myself!!!!! Thats not cool. She just left and didnt even say thank you.Initial Complaint

On Feb 20, 2024, I purchased a new vehicle - the salesman my total to be financed - when ******* the lady that does the paperwork showed me the finance amounts, I told her then that her figure was not correct - she told me the difference was fees. We continued to do the paperwork, I got in my new vehicle and left. The following morning I contacted my salesman and told him. He stated no that was not right - the price he quoted was correct. I told him then - since my have did not have full cover floor mats, I would take floor mats instead of the $495.15. He said ok will get ******* to order them - 3 weeks by and I have not heard anything. I called and was told the would be in Friday. That same day a lady in the office called to tell me my license plates were in and asked if I wanted to pickup or her mail. I told her, I could pick up on Friday with the floor mats that ******* had ordered. The lady told me ******* does not order floor mats, that I need to talk to parts ******* I told her I was tired of being giving the run around about floor mats. I text my salesman and told him to forget floor mats because I didnt think they had even been ordered, just send me $495.15 and I would be done with Kramer. ******* text me and said she just wanted me to know that it would be 3 weeks before I would get my money. I would like to know why ******* is increasing the salesmans quote and who does this extra money going to. I Have NOT my received money. Filed complaint to possibly get owners attention and not only ******* the salesman or *******, the office girl. This complaint is for Kramer Autoplex, ********************************************************************************** ************ - I could not find them when I tried to search
