We purchased our home built and designed by Mark Kranz just under two years ago. We are absolutely head over heels in love with it! We are a big family of 9 and needed something that could accommodate us all. This home was perfect with 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and a square footage of 5400. Mr Kranz thought of everything when he built this home. All 5 downstairs bedrooms have their own full bathroom and walk-in closets. Making this a dream come true for our kids. The separate office space with hidden saferoom was a nice bonus as well since my husband is an avid gun collector. The second story of the home was built in a way that maximized square footage. Even with the bathroom and elaborate movie theater we were able to add an additional 2 bedrooms and still have a large open area for exercise equipment and kids play and gaming area. My personal favorite is our master bedroom with two walk in closets for him and her and and large jacuzzi tub! The separate his and her sink area and large 3 shower head shower are just the icing on the cake. Everyone that comes to our home compliments on how beautiful it is. The recessed ceilings with elaborate architectural design and crown molding are always a topic of conversation with new guests. The open floor plan allows for large gatherings and the chef of the house never feels alone. The kitchen is so spacious with double ovens and an island to accommodate cooking for our large family. Mr Kranz thought of everything making sure there was plenty of cabinet space and bar seating along with kitchen nook area and separate formal dining room and all within the open floor plan. There is a lot I didn't mention like the laundry room with plenty of cabinets, utility room for cleaning supplies and even an adorable nook for coats and backpacks. The swimming pool is a true life saver in the summer and it even has a little wading area with a fountain for our little one. I highly recommend Mark Krans to build your home.
