PristinExterior (******* ****** and ****) were contracted for demolition of existing concrete patio and construction of new Stamped Concrete Patio, Construction of Cedar Pergola and securing city permits for a total consideration of $ 6,190 on 6/11/2021. The initial payment of $2064.00 was made on 6/14/2021. The work has not commenced till date. ******* and **** kept informing that they are working with the City to secure the permit. On 7/20/2021, I contacted the city official (***** ************* to understand the status of the permit. I was informed that ******* ****** submitted the initial permit application and has not responded to any follow up questions thereafter. The city was also trying to reach ******* to get the answers. Numerous attempts were made to contact **** and ******* over phone, email, text and ******** ********* after this. I did not get a date for start of work or communication regarding the permit till date. No communication has been received from this business since 7/20/2021. I would like to get the money I paid to the business back, and warn others about my experience.Initial Complaint

**** ******* worked on our pergola for 6 months, but not complete yet. We deposited $2000 for the pergola roof, but they never work on this. They blocked my calls. We extremely stress working with them last 6 months. We paid ******* and ***** **** ****** a deposit on April 20,2021 of $6,000 to begin work on a patio extension. Work finally began after labor day and we paid our 2nd draw (another $6,000) on July 9, 2021. At this point,, demo of the old patio was completed and a concrete slab was finally poured. They sent a guy out on to score and stain our concrete. He said he would be back the next day and that's the last we have heard from anyone. Since then, they have changed their business name on ****** maps (PRISTINExteriors has become PRISTINE, and Exteriors Pristine on *** and they even marked their business as "permanently closed" on ****** maps. They will not answer the phone, you do not hear their business voicemail when you call anymore. They have now deleted their social media. I want a refund if the $6,000 I just paid them.Initial Complaint

**** and ******* ****** owners of PRISTINExtieriors have yet to complete the project I have paid them to do. They were hired to extend my current back porch. Build and outdoor kitchen, and build a pergola with a polygal roof install on the pergola. They completed the extension of the porch and built the pergola but did not install the polygal roof. They currently have not completed over 8k worth of work they have been paid to do. **** continued to make promises that he did not uphold on getting the work complete. I can no longer get **** or ******* to contact me back. At this point it appears they are not going to come and complete the job. After many hours of research by my lawyer it has been discover that **** and ******* have done this to countless people under many different companies name. My lawyer is working on filing a lawsuit. If you have been had by these two crooks please contact me at ********************** and we can add you to the lawsuit. These two need to be stopped.
