In the beginning of July, I was going to purchase a 21 Harley Davidson Electra glide ************** I spoke to a sales associate at the dealer and got some information about the bike, and I put $3,000 down on my **** credit card for a deposit. I also contracted my credit union and got approved for the loan, however the dealership was noncompliant in sending the proper documentation over so a lean could be started and so the dealer could receive a paycheck, meaning I wouldnt have a title either and the dealership kept both me and my credit union waiting for weeks.After 25 days of calling *************************** credit union to confirm if the documentation has been sent & still not, I walked away from the purchase of the motorcycle. The sales manager of Harley said he would need to recollect the fees that they are losing but did not mention that he would be collecting it from me. Later he called me to say he would reimburse me $1,884.24 of the $3,000 deposit I put down & when asking why, he replied we agreed to this which I did not.Also: the sales manager called me to ask about me signing the title documents. I told him I am a truck driver for a living, so let me get a load home so I can sign it and mail it or fax it to him. He said to make things easier, how about I just scribble your signature in the line and Ill have it sent today which I agreed on (despite already being a couple weeks in waiting from the time I put the deposit down), however the sales manager, nor anyone at the dealership never sent me a copy of these documents for me to review of what was being signed. So my signature was technically forged as well.I tried reaching out to the general manager of Roughneck Harley Davidson several times but he is either on vacation, busy or not working so I was never able to reach him.

Bait and switch on an agreed warranty and pit pass for service agreement, upon going for my second oil change I was told I did not have a service agreement by the service managers. I got with the finance manager that told me I had a service contract when I bought my motorcycle and he told me not only do you not get oil changes your warranty has only 2 years on it instead of the 4 years that were promised ?Very very bad ! Bait and switch they wont give me a copy of my purchase contract after calling the salesman twice and asking for it 3 times upon visits to the dealer they just look at the computer screen and tell me whats on it ?
