It was my first time placing an order, pictures came out clear but 2 of my frames came damaged as one of my pictures too but i contact customer service and they replied really fast and they will be sending a replacement. I would definitely recommend this company. They make your living room look really nice!

Ordered a series of prints and there was a mistake where they sent a duplicate. I filled out a customer service report and got a personal email from them. They ended up sending another duplicate item but when I emailed back they quickly corrected the issue and the correct print was sent. They were super helpful and easy to communicate with to fix the issue. Didn't give me any hassle at all. The quality of the prints/ frames are amazing, they look great in my home!Smallwood Home Response

I needed to order an odd shaped print and requested a custom size through the website. i was contacted within an hour and connected with *** who was fabulous. I reached out about a custom canvas and the *** was very patient and polite and informed the canvas size I wanted would be a blurred image and it actually saved me some money I really appreciate the honesty but Im determined to have them make my canvas so I definitely will be doing business with them again .Smallwood Home Response

Received my order today. They are absolutely gorgeous! Great quality and clear pictures. One of the frames was damaged. It wasnt bad but noticeable. I placed a larger order and one of the pictures came in damaged due to the carrier crushing the box. I contacted customer service with ***********************, and they replied even before 24 hours! They immediately came up with a solution and are sending me a new picture! I am a first time customer and I will definitely be purchasing again soon! Thank you smallwoods!
