It was in July when we came out to your residence to locate and repair a busted line in your kitchen. This is the first we have heard anything about you claiming we did damage to your living room floor.

I am sorry you feel this way but as we previously discussed, slab leak location is not an exact. We have equipment to help us pinpoint the leaks. Sometimes the equipment isn't helpful in locating the issue and we do have to search in multiple spots. This is why we make sure customers are aware that we are not liable for flooring on any of these jobs. Again, I apologize that the flooring was not removed in the manner you would have preferred. Although we do try to ensure there is as little flooring removed as possible, we are a plumbing company and flooring is not our specialty.
