After reviewing the customer account I see where her calls were having difficulties connecting. We have made changes to the customer ********************** number however we would need call attempts to ensure the changes made a difference in the customer receiving calls. The second statement made by the customer is directed to the facility that we can not speak on their behalf.Initial Complaint

I have money remaining on my account, and the inmate I was calling has been moved to a location that does not use this service. I have repeatedly asked since June 2021 for a refund of my balance, and repeatedly been told it is being mailed to me within 6 weeks. The original credit card account has been closed. I have also moved and had to change my address. I am the Power of Attorney for my 91-year old mother who charged $25.00 on my account to talk to the inmate, her son. I have repeatedly informed this company via their support email and via phone about the address change and the credit card closure. They have repeatedly said the money would arrive via check within 6 weeks. The money is still in my account after being told 3 times since June 2021that the refund would be sent.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2021/12/08) */ We have researched customer's complaint and she has a balance of $33.11 left on her account. A check in the amount of $33.11 has been issued to her and mailed on 12/8/21. Thanks, NCIC Consumer Response /* (2000, 8, 2021/12/09) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) All I have ever wanted was my refund. I am just disappointed that after 6 months I had to file a complaint with BBB to get your company to issue it to me.
