R&r tires in ******** Texas sold me a set of tire . And informed me they couldnt balance the tires . The put needs in my tires . The truck shakes so bad it destroyed my front end . It destroyed all the bushing they also left the passenger tire loose causing the tire to come off my truck cause if me to Leave the road injuring my grandchild . When I contacted the store they informed me it wasnt there problem . They told me my front end was great shape when we got the tires and refused to do any alignment they said it was that good. The front in is shot in less than a month . I told them I wanted to return there tires and get mine back they told me the truck would leave on the rims these people are awful and they lie constantlyBusiness response

We have reviewed this complaint and greatly appreciate the opportunity to respond. According to the General Manager at that location, he has not been notified of any accident regarding this customer. Additionally, the customer states that out of balance tires destroyed his front end. This is just not something that tires out of balance do assuming the customer addressed this in a timely manner. Additionally, this vehicle had nearly 300k miles on it, most suspension (and many others) parts tend to need replaced at some point on a vehicle of that high mileage. Finally, the customer wants to return the leased merchandise and get his old tires back. If the customer left the tires at the *** location in ********, **, they have been disposed of. This is clearly notated in the customer's contract. We do not keep, nor have the room to keep all customer's tires that they do not take with them. At this point, the customer is two months behind on payments. As a business, we have to consider that the customer's intent is not to return or pay for the merchandise, thus forcing us to take the appropriate action to help guarantee the return or payment for the lost items. This customer is more than welcome to call the General Manager at that location and arrange the return or pick up of the items.
