      I purchased a 2013 ***** equinox from Eco financial in January 2024. After purchasing the vehicle, I had problems with it. No big deal I wrote them a bad review. I had the vehicle fixed seven months later the motor went out I called. I complained no big deal. I was gonna have the motor replaced in the vehicle. The vehicle was sitting at the mechanic shop a week later, I passed by the mechanic shop and the vehicle wasnt located where the tow truck dropped it off. I called to make a payment and was informed that I couldnt make a payment, because they picked the car up. Per the person on the other end of the phone the notes in the computer stayed I told them to come pick the car up. Which was not true, if I was going to call them to come get the car I would have gotten all my belongs out and surrendered the vehicle, but I didnt. All the guy could say on the phone was you gave us a bad review. While yes, yes I did! They know they are selling over priced pieces of s*** AS IS for a reason.

      ***** ***** purchased 2013 ********* on 1/6/2024 . The first and only complaint recorded was on 8/1/24. On 8/1/24 ***** said the motor had went out and ***** said she did not want vehicle anymore and for us to pick it up at ******* Tire and Auto ( per notes ) . ***** did not give **** a opportunity to help, instead recorded a bad review. ,  we picked the car up from ******* Tire and auto per customer request, then sent out letter informing customer what was owed ect. on about 8/5/2024. No response from ***** to letter .

      How can Ecar tell me what I've put into this car is "normal" maintenance?? New tires and rims, new alternator, new battery, new control arm and not done! I've had this car less than a year and have done this much to it?? That's NOT normal! They claim they maintenance the cars, if that's the case why have I put this much into the car and I've had it less than a year?? I have put well over ***** into this car. I just want them to make it right.

      This car was sold "as is".    The customer knowingly purchased a pre-owned vehicle. The customer has had the car for over 7 months, unfortunately we can't be responsible for maintenance.  Custom wheels and tires are not something we are ever responsible for.

      I am rejecting this response because:   The tires and wheels were messed up before I got the car. Just because something is as is, I'm still paying on it and y'all should respect the ones who pay on time and appreciate the service. I have had the car since July of 2023 not even a year and have spent over ***** in repairs alone. I shouldn't have to replace an alternator or battery within 2 weeks of having a car when I'm told maintenance was done on it. So I want to be done right or I will have to seek further actions. I have receipts of everything.

      The rims were messed up before I got the car and the alternator and battery were bad already as well. There will be a lawsuit involved.

      I bought an Infinity car from ****** at E Car on **************************** test drove and they assured me there were no problems. I put my down payment and drove the car home, after the first 4 days the car started acting weird while driving so I contacted the car lot they told me to take it to there mechanic and he would look at it. I did they had my car for over a week. Got car back they said it was good made my 1st payment before the due date and kept driving it about 2 weeks went by and it started acting weird again this time leaving me on the side of the road! After calling the car lit again they sent me to the mechanic again and this time they had my car for over 2 weeks, while I made another $550.00 payment before the due date!!! Now here it is the 3rd month my car left me stranded on the side of the road again and its been in the shop for over a week and they keep giving me the run around about whats wrong with itbut in the same telling me I have to make my full payments on my car which I havent driven long in a total of 5 weeks in the 3 months Im have itAfter taking to both mechanics they use they both have told me that the owner ****** is no good and he just patches things up with his vehicles.

      The vehicle was sold As Is.  In lieu of that, we still towed the car to the shop and had a battery put on it.  Ecar paid the tow fees and the customer paid for the battery.

      My motor went on my car, I went to ECar which was down the road so I checked it out first. I looked at a few cars and find one that I liked a lot. The salesman persuaded me to get something else. I told him I wanted the ** Jetta instead after accusing something was wrong with it and to get the other car I left it at that. Well the car he initially wanted me in battery was bad and the car wouldnt start. I gave him back the keys and was heading out the door when he stopped me to remind me that the Jetta I wanted at first he was gonna be able to put me in. I confusedly said didnt you say it was having problems then he went on to say nothing was wrong with it and I figured that he was trying to steer me away from it since it wasnt the car he initially wanted me in. Well needless to say he did with knowledge know that the car had problems and intentionally confused me with misrepresentation of the car. There was no papers on the back windows which I thought was odd and to make a long story short they cheated me out of money. The car online was priced ***** less than the price they rushed me into signing the contract when I was trying to read it. They basically pockets my down payment and two days after having the car I had problems. I asked them that the car shakes at high speeds and I was not comfortable driving and I wanted my down payment and my car back or put me in something else. Well the man kicked me out the dealership and he was drunk, eyes blood shot red, and I could smell weed from outside. I have it all recorded. The mechanic that they deal with had my car 4 times in the month that I have had the car and the only thing they fixed was a fan. Ive been hung up on, kicked out the dealership, ignored, and scammed. Not to mention I have went out my way to buy parts since the air intake is messed up after the mechanic did it when he replaced the fan but they put the broken one back on that keeps falling on the motor and between both fans and they had the audacity to say you dont need it. I still pay the car note but I will be looking into a lawsuit. This is one occasion of many that I have came across since dealing with this car lot.

      ************************* came to an agreement with our staff, that she would pay for the parts and we would pay for the repairs.  She purchased the vehicle AS IS, and we were under no obligation to make any repairs to her car.

      We put ***** down for a black **** Mustang on February 23 and we only had it for two days an the car started acting up had to get a replacement for the battery then the alternator then car finally just gave out this is on February 25 we had to get tows multiple times we reached out to the dealership they said they would fix it for free the car sat at another shop for 4 more days then they went and retrieved the car on the 1st of March it was supposed to be getting worked on but when I showed up the car was just sitting to the side after a week and a half the owner of the shop told me he was gone take the car to his house to fix cause we live in the same town now he no longer answers his phone for the past 4 days now

We have done everything in our power to resolve this matter. We would be happy to provide you with any documentation to support our response. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a response to the customer complaints about the repair facility that was scheduled to repair the vehicle. We acknowledged there was an issue with the previous repair shop and corrected that problem by sending the vehicle to a new repair shop.

      08/21/2022 800$I got a car from them thats overpriced not even 2 weeks of having the car its misfiring and the alternator and engine is bad they said they took it to a mechanic I called the mechanic to see if they had the car he said no theyre refusing to fix the car let alone give me my money back and its not even 30 days
