I purchased a car with them paid **** down for the car and they dont wanna give me anymore back . The car broke down on my family two time in less than two weeks of purchased . Also got the car towed because they told me if I cant get it closer they wouldnt give me my car back . I had a Tire shop not a mechanic look at it and he couldnt fix it so I wasnt going to pay him the rest of the money for the car . The car lot was laughing and hanging ** in my face when it wasnt a joke that me and my family was stuck on the side of the road for hours .Business response

***************** purchased the vehicle and drove to ******* in it about a week a later.
She had some issues in ******* with the car and took it to a repair shop without our knowledge of anything being wrong. However our vehicles are sold As IS with No warranty and is included in the paper work she signed. After taking her vehicle to a repair shop ***************** got a locksmith to show up in the middle of the night to make a key so she could take the car without paying for her repairs.
After doing this she ran out of gas in Trinity, ** on her way back from Houston however we did not know at the time that it was just out of gas. She called complaining to us that the car would not start. We told her that if she could take the car to Auto Zone and get battery checked we would pay for battery. Someone stopped to help her and realized she was out of gas. We still after all of this offered to have our mechanic at ********, who does all repairs not just tires, look at the car to make sure it was ok. Upon inspecting the vehicle our mechanic discovered she still had no gas in vehicle. After putting gas in the car it started repeatedly with no issues. During this time at the shop she did not make her first payment and it then came under repo.
We do our best to help our customers when warranted and not out to take advantage of anyone. We do have a heart and pride ourselves in being a family oriented company and always try to help our customers.
