I wouldn't even give this place 1 star!!! My Epileptic dog was admitted and I received a call (after 24hrs into his stay) asking permission to give him IV fluids because he wasn't doing well and SEVERELY DEHYDRATED!!! I had no words because I'm BEYOND angry and horrified!! DO NOT TRUST YOUR PET TO THIS FACILITY!!!Review from Michele P

They were awesome very understanding and made me feel comfortable about what I was doing to take care of my paralyzed dog. They made sure I understood things and the medication. My ESA is a dashound and she developed IVDD in her spine Due to landing wrong when she was playing they were the first ones that didn't push the fact to put her to sleep and I'm very grateful for that because the 3 previous That she had seen that was the first thing out of her mouth they said there was no need to that she could have a very full life and I'm doing everything possible to make that happen because of East Texas Emergency pet clinic. I would highly recommend them to anybody. I even made a joke that I would move to Longview just so she would have them for her doctors they are wonderful wonderful people and very understanding and knowledgeable and go that extra mile to help you through the hard times that you may have with your pet. They were there even after I came home and had questions and I could call and they would answer them so I would recommend this place to anybody for their pet They are one of our family members and they treat them as such.
