I have requested a membership cancellation on June 10 2023 (email) and June 15 2023 (in person).Despite the phrase in the agreement I can cancel online, there is no request cancel link on my account, as well as no documents in my agreement tab.My account is still active, despite multiple attempts to get it cancelled. Hereby, I again request cancelling my membershipBusiness response

My husband and I moved from Lubbock in June 2022. I established contact with Trufit to cancel my gym membership on June 20th. An email was provided with instructions to submit paperwork to support relocation. The first series of emails were answered but with no paperwork to file regarding cancellation and no responses to provided information. Email attempts made at the end of June, July, August all the while monthly drafts had been occurring. Called in August of 2022 to attempt to cancel AGAIN. I was provided with an alternative email and phone number to contact. The provided number sends me straight to voicemail with no responses in over 2-weeks regarding my concerns and still no information regarding my cancellation.
