I made two separate online orders for take-out at our local Subway restaurant on September 20, 2022. The store is located at 1402 College Ave, ********** Texas XXXXX. The related order numbers are *********** ($11.68 after rewards points used) and *********** ($13.63; no rewards points used). When I went to go pick up our order, an employee from the store called me and informed me that they could not complete our orders because they did not have any bread in stock. They further explained that their bread oven had broken down. I acknowledged and we went somewhere else to eat. However, as of today 09/29/2022, Subway has yet to return our money for both orders. I sent an electronic message to Subway about this later that day 09/20/2022 when I saw that the charges had not been reversed. I also noted my other concerns about how the Levelland location is being operated. The following day, the store franchise owner ****** ****** sent me a generic copy-and-paste e-mail that did not acknowledge the issue. I have made two attempts to respond to the e-mail and demand a resolution, but Mr. ****** has so far failed to respond. I ask that Subway please refund our money for BOTH orders from 09/20/2022. I also ask that Subway investigate the way that the Levelland location is being operated. There seems to be a very high frequency of issues and chronic understaffing at this location. I also find it inappropriate that their franchise owner is ignoring customer complaints and refusing to issue refunds for orders that were not completed. I am confident that this location is not meeting Subway's quality expectations for their franchise stores.
