            I have sent multiple certified mail letters asking for validation and the method of how they validated multiple fraudulent and questionable items on my credit report and have not received back anything in over 35 days for these accounts that are clearly inaccurate and fraudulent accounts. This creditor is disregarding the law and taking advantage of me and this has caused a big stress on my life. My most recent certified letter I sent was 09/02/2021. Attached file is the FTC I sent to them which includes the items in dispute. I DEMAND that all the items are deleted and if action is not taken I will sue in small claims court in my city and the company will have to come and represent themselves.

            All 5- star reviews you see are fake! Dont give your service to this establishment.The music is a no go, I brought my brother here and they have bad customer service no business etiquette at all one of them was huffing and puffing since me or my sister werent here to apply, the woman with the white cardigan asked us to step out I WILL NOT REMOVE MY REVIEW IN REGARDS TO YOUR BAD SERVICE!!! What a SAD ESTABLISHMENT!They REFUSED SERVICE TO MY MOM AND BROTHER BECAUSE I GAVE AN HONEST REVIEW! And if I dont remove it my mom and brother wont get service!! , IS THAT THE REAL REASON YOU ASKED ME TO STEP OUT BECAUSE HONESTY KILLS YOU ? Wouldnt expect less from such UNPROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUALS!Reply: the fact that you have no business etiquette is enough to know you know nothing about good business!Really Peso Pluma ?, you had other options yet you played Mexican music when different cultures enter your establishment And part of business etiquette is knowing to respect all religions, but what would an ignorant individual know.You asked me to step out knowing how hot it is outside and that we would have to stand in the heat and I have a bad foot and thats the only reason I was sitting, I dont have to disclose my personal information for you to amend your hard heart ! I was sitting in the chair my brother would be sitting in and he was standing up your point ?
