On August 24th 2023 I made a request to *************************** to have both my business accounts closed, Pub 52 Inc and Asirac LLC. This request was made via text message and acknowledged.While I was a customer with ********************** I purchased several credit card terminals, and I was informed by a phone call from ******************* on September 1st, that one terminal was given to me at no charge and would have to be returned. I asked for the *** on the machine they wanted returned and as of today, October 30th, I have never been provided with a serial number or *** on the machine ******************* requested be returned. I was told via a phone call on September 12th by *************************** the accounts were closed, however I was still charged fees for Clearent service in October 2023. On October 6th I sent a text to *************************** that I was charged fees in October and should not have, based on account closure request made August 24th. October 11th, I asked *************************** for any updates, and she texted me 'the credit is going through".On October 30th, I followed up with *************************** via a text regarding not having the serial number for the machine they wanted returned and status on the credit for *************** fees. To which she responded the refund will take place once the equipment is received and she wants ALL terminals. Despite that I paid for all but one terminal.At this time, I would like a returned label sent to me with the specific machine that needs to be returned, as *************************** and ******************* have no idea. This account closure request was mismanaged at a minimum and should be investigated further to determine any other wrong doings that occurred with my business accounts.
