      My daughter and I went to McDonalds and we ordered a few chicken sandwiches, took them home and when my daughter bit into her sandwich there was a bone in it, now my daughter is scared to eat at McDonalds. I went to McDonalds and they were extremely rude and tried saying that it was their distributers fault, they eventually refunded my money, however I filed a complaint with their insurance company, and the insurance company says well since you dont remember the exact date and you dont have a medical bill then we are denying your claim. They are extremely rude and argumentative and they never call or reach out when they say they will. You have to chase them down only to be spoken down to and for them to argue with you. Extremely unprofessional.

      I placed my order on the mobile app on 12/3/22 and when I arrived I waited for about 10 minutes for ****** (the manager) to come out and tell me that they didnt have enough holiday pies ready. He said they had 3 of the 6 and that they dont keep that many pies at this time of night. I told him fine that he could just refund me for the rest. He said he couldnt do that. I would have to contact support to get a refund and offered me pies, drinks, even ice cream instead. I told him no that I just wanted my money back and he kept telling me he couldnt do that. He finally went back inside after arguing with me for 10 minutes and me telling him I no longer wanted any of my order. I sat outside and waited for almost 30 minutes. I had to go in the store and confront ****** because he never came back. He still argued with me until almost 10pm before finding me something he could refund me, which wasnt even my order and not even for the full amount in which I paid. But I was so done with him at this point that I took it and left. ****** was not trying to help me out at all. Wouldnt contact anyone to help me. I called 2 other stores that told me they issued refunds in house. But he refused and argued with me the whole time. Absolutely no customer service. Fast forward 2 days later I had called and was told to speak with the GM ******** to get this fixed. But when I get up there she was also not interested in helping me out. Was rude the entire time and told me to come back at 5. I had called the day before to make sure I was taking the appropriate step and spoke with someone who told me to ask for her specifically. I provided them all of them emails I received and still nothing.
