They have done nothing but make excuses blame everything they can on some issue that never fixes it. We have been out over $1,500 for nothing. They have horrible communication make excuses for everything and take no responsibility and then have to show up and talk about how skilled and great they are when clearly this has been nothing but a nightmare with them. They do not care about their customers nor getting the job done correctly and appears from our experience they dont know what they are doing. I would steer clear from them so you too dont experience any of this hellish nightmare we have been dealing with for almost 2 months now with them.Review from Raul E

Wouldnt recommend to anyone. I had damage to my house due to an improper installation and I have reached out multiple times to try to make right and I cant even get a call back. The receptionist has apologized but I would be embarrassed working for this company. Dont use themReview from Teresa P

I only gave 1 star because I had too!12/26/23 Through my home warranty company, First Choice Heating & Air Conditioning came to my address to fix the heater. They said that the unit was to small and needed to upgrade to been able to support the size of the house. I agreed and on 12/27/23 they put in the new ********* seemed to work great the 1st few days, then the heat wouldn't get up to the programmed temp & has mostly been running non stop. They were supposed to come back for a final review of the unit 1/2/24 but not show/no call. I called & they did come back 1/15/24 but couldn't locate the problem so agreed to return 1/17/24 since weather would be warmer & they could run the ** to check that end of it. Again, no call/no show! I reset the thermostat the morning of 1/18/23 & all seemed fine until the temp got below 35 degrees. Now it's doing the same thing! I've called, but no answer at office or the service rep. I'm dreading seeing the electric bill! I have contacted the home warranty company.Review from Becky F

My home warranty company contacted this company to fix my air conditioner. The guy shows up at 9pm to check it ou. They said my compressor motor was not working, they had to order the part, (this is the only time I saw this guy from the company). Ok, I paid my *********** went on their way. I expected to hear from them for further service. They did text for several appointments but never showed up. After 5 weeks in the ***** heat (110+) they told my *************** they refuse to do the job. The last appointment they made was for 12am-4am (really glad they didn't come wake me up) they ripped off my $45.00 & my warranty company for motor since they never came to fix. They are rude when I called them & got where they wouldn't answer my calls about them not showing up. **************** got another ac company and it went very well & 20 minutes I have ac finally. Thanks to ***** ************************** conditioning. I wouldn't refer anyone to first choice heating & air conditioning.
