      On Wednesday the 16th I checked in paid cash early check in came out to be 120 tax I get to the room132 it's filthy stinks like cat **** hole in the window horrible can't even turn on the shower I go back up to the front report it they move me rooms138 I work nights I'm having to leave the place I was living at so I was pretty much in n out until i got off bout 6 am I get to rm 138 I brought ********** vacuum to clean up the shower was so filthy nothing has **** cleaned the sheets had bed bug stains n there was roaches.crawling out every nook n cranny on tables in nathroom so many cobwebs i call n make a complaint they ignore me told me i cant get my money back cuz i paid with **** said he can knock my room down to ***** turns out i can go on ****** to pay 33 sure did n ask to be moved its ***** investing in room 141 they same room u flush the ************** is on ur back n **** from the toilet i tell front desk before midnght before nine o ************** never came went that morning to complain close to 9am n express im waiting for money to be sent how long of a extention or late check out he say i give u to one by one i went around there to tell him my aunt is paying he cops a attitude my aunt calls me said she try to pay he told her ***** im like no so its ******************************************************************************************************************************************************** infront of his manager i nevernrose. My voice told me if I don't like how I'm being treated then leave I'm homeless no ********************* rude people like him that will make u either want to kill yourself on a hot sunny day kicked out of a place u thought u could afford n now their discrimination straight disrespectful for no reason all room are different i want my money back for the two days I had to put up with the rudeness crude behavior

      Good Afternoon!  i will respond to this complaint about a disorderly guest that complained about hotel. so this specific guest came to myself ****** to stay in our hotel. so guest complaint thew first night about issues with room and i complied with accommodation and offered a a decent discount for some of the issues that she had. then guest paid for the second night and i myself moved guest room and guest went to go check and said that room was up to par. guest did stay second night. on the 3rd night guest did come to the front desk and spoke to me again about more issues to second room which guest confirmed that room was good the night before. so i did let guest know that rates have gone up do to the weekend and *** of capacity. so guest made us wait till almost after 3pm to make complaint to the BBB and argued about not leaving the property. at this point my staff and i had  to ask guest to depart and officers were called out to remove. to be honest i have spoken with some area manager and they are well aware that this guest goes hotel to hotel trying the same tactic.

      I was ready to pay for my room by 130 he made me stand there while he served other customers u can see on the cameras that he did not j refused to help me never gave me a discount I had to use the app to get a better deal than he offered I just want my money back

      I have been a guest at the motel for 4 days, my toilet has been stopped up two of the days so far and my room smells like sewage and ****. When I went to the front desk to demand they find me a basic plunger or move me rooms. I got harassed and told "you look like you've stayed in places worst & they can't move me rooms cause there limited." By one of the employees who also made the comment that this is a private owned hotel and there isn't nothing I can do about it and if I don't like it then I can leave. I pay almost 100$ a day to stay here with me and my kids and I can't even get them to politely fix my BASIC plumbing problem. I don't have any options cause if I could afford another room else where I would have already left, but I'm not able to do that. && my babies health is on the line staying in this mess.

      We stayed at the Baymont inn last night the 27th of October the rooms are some of the dirtiest rooms I have ever been in. We later found bugs in the bed so they switched us to a different room and upon checking the beds one of there appeared to have feces on the mattress. No one should ever have to worry about a room being that dirty the mattress alone we're health risk something must be done about this no one should have to worry about their mattress there going to sleep on to have feces or bed bugs. This shows that Baymont inn doesn't care about their guest or their health if they are willing to put guest in rooms the filthy.

      Booked reservation for this hotel. Upon arrival, It was revealed that renovations were being done at this hotel. This was not conveyed to me during the reservation. Upon entry into room, it was quite evident this room had not be cleaned very well. The phone was inoperative, so you could not call front desk. TV did not work. Wifi did not work. Overall this place is disgusting. We had to leave and book another room at another hotel. Now I see this place is charging me for the night that we did not spend there.

      On June 22nd 2022, I seen the hotel listed on Priceline. According the the pictures from Priceline the hotel looked really nice. Seemed like a family environment. Upon arrival to check in. We noticed the outside wasn't great but decided to go to room anyways. Getting to room. The smell was horrible! The wires were sticking the wall socket, moldy food in air vents, brown stain on carpet. It stated there was a pool but the guy said pool don't work. Out of order quite some time. We decided no on staying. Went back to front desk and told them about what we saw. The gentleman wearing a pride shirt began to cancel. Gave us a cancel confirmation slip and said we would be refunded in next 5-7 days. It's been past that and I don't have a refund. I would like the 187 back as promised. Every time I call they blow me off and tell me call back.

      This hotel is not fit to be open. The hotel is filthy, nasty, disgusting and trashy. The rooms reek of smoke, the rooms are NOT clean. The health depart or state department would deem the hotel not habitable. This hotel is so dirty that it is not worth giving it for free! There was NO way that I would take my shoes off. I have pictures of the room to share. I was given a room that the AC did not work, the toilet had a ring around that was 1/2 inch thick of dried urine, the microwave has not been wiped or cleaned for months. The window sill had so much dirt on it that I could draw pictures, if I wanted too. There was standing water in the bathtub. This place should be shut down.

      Booked hotel with family because traveling for a funeral on December 3, 2021. Hotel was NOT up to standard but after driving for hours made an attempt to settle in room. No lights working in room upon arrival. Floor had not been vacuumed. There was also hair all over the bathroom floor and tub which had not been cleaned properly. The guy working front desk brought a lamp in room. In addition he brought us a vacuum and cleaning spray so we could clean up the filth. Found stains on beds and pillows. Bed bugs started crawling on beds. Several family members acquired rashes from being in these rooms. I have NEVER stayed at hotel where it was acceptable for the paying customer to clean. This hotel is not suitable for anyone to stay. I was double charged for a room. Upon checking in the guy at the front desk was having trouble processing reservation so had to use another card. However indicated in the system chargef twice but he commincated that he canceled the reservation so no charge would be on credit card. Called hotel when discovered the extra charge. Notified it would take 10 days. Called again today 12/14/21 at 8:20 AM when no refund on credit card. Nautika informed that refund wasn't entered with a negative so that's why I haven't received it but was only to receive $56 because of booking fees. Reimbursement was to be the full $120. Asked for corporate number but given hotel employee benefits contact number. Called back to speak with supervisor and informed would not be in and barely comes to the office. Extremely disappointed and livid that my family was subjected to inhuman conditions especially during a grieving time. In the ill-mannered treatment after the fact to withhold reimbursement continues to demonstrate the level of hotel inefficiency. I am not sure how this hotel is trademarking the Wyndham name because continues to fail at meeting the core values and mission on consumer satisfaction. I hope this hotel is expected to bring rooms to living compliance.
