I was billed $100 each blanket because manager of hotel says I took 2 blankets from motel room. I did not take 2 blankets. I did not use any blankets while staying in motel. I was told a police report has been filed for theft.I would like the funds returned to me ($200).Business response

Hello
It may be concern about this complaint. We check our rooms before renting to client. After checkout our housekeeper find out there was a 2 blanket was missing from rooms. They rented 2 rooms we checked all rooms for our property. After we called and left message to them to return our item. Our hotel policy is once any item missing we do charge on customer for incidental charges. We explained customer about our policy. As a courtesy one time we will refund $100. on them credit card to resolve this matter. Please let us know if they are agree on this solutions.

The mgr. has been filing double charges to my acct as well as totally fictitious charges, in other words, billing me for days I did not even stay at the hotel. I had to get a new card from my bank and of course am disputing the charges for days I did not even stay at the establishment.
