I have been with this company for over 10 years. I have purchased furniture, borrowed and paid back loans during this time. This story is too long to give all details but apparently I was in the worst crisis of my life they proved to me that my business with this company means nothing. After having a disagreement with an agent I talked it over with the store mgr and thought everything was good with us. I paid my loan off and then call to get a loan again and they hit me with now I have to reapply. I have never had this to happen before in all the years of being with them. So I felt this was a legal way to get rid of me regarding the disagreement. I could reapply but it was up to the store manager if they would lend me any money. Now tell me if that wasn't suspicious that after the disagreement I have to do this and it is up to him if he approves me or not. But I am not mad just disappointed at them for not being honest with me that he didn't want me as a customer anymore rather than use policy to get rid of me. Remember this was not my first loan and this was not the first time I was being late especially during this time with me having to have a major surgery and was going to be out of work for almost two months. But that wasn't excuse enough. I just wanted everyone to know that the loan process is not determined on your credit like at a bank. It is decided on personal opinion and that should be against the law. Just know that I called my bank and they gave me the money I needed without hesitation. And I'm glad to know that my bank is there for me to help in time of need and not hold personal opinions against me. I did apologize to the store manager about my tone with him after I felt he defended the other gentleman. Remember I have never had a problem with anyone in the years before. I do feel like since they cut our relationship off that they agent needs to be disciplined for his disrespect on rude behavior to me.
