Went to clinic cause I was really sick. They gave a nebulizer treatment. ***** said she would turn in order for nebulizer and the meds that go with it. The order was never turned in. Went back on Dec 4th cause I was worse . Asked her to check for pneumonia and rsv. Asked her if she would order a nebulizer. So I got 4 chest X-rays to check for pneumonia. As of today Dec 10 still do not have test results from either. I went by the office to get test results. The girl pulled out of the bottom drawer what she said was the orders for the nebulizer. She told me they werent signed and would have to come back later to pick them. I asked her if she could just go back and he it signed. She said no, I would have to come back and pick it up. Told her to call me when it was signed. To this date Dec 10 have still not heard a word. I this is almost medical malpractice and miscarriage of justiceBusiness response
