I had my motorcycle towed from my place of business to thundering eagle motor sports in 2018 and gave me the run around since then. He would tell me he needed $ for parts so Id give it over. The last time I had spoke to ************ he told me give me a few weeks and told me that about 3or4 times in a roll so I left it alone well I went up to his shop the other day and seen that the whole shop was cleared out and seen his business was permanently closed. He has my 2007 ***** vt so after this Im going to file a police report. Please help me I just want my bike back and I dont know how to go about it. I know Im out on my money but I just want my bike back. Not a good business man.Customer response

Thundering Eagle Motorsports has (had) my motorcycle in his shop for an extended period. Owner cites difficulty in carburetor timing or other such technical difficulties. After multiple attempts over last few months to contact I stopped by the physical location. It looks closed down. Grounds are unkempt and interior selves are empty. Unless new information surfaces, I will be begin legal proceedings with a report of theft to the Lubbock Police and proceed from there.Initial Complaint

On November 19, 2020 our 2002 Kawasaki 4 wheeler was stolen from Mr *********'s shop. He was doing repair work for us. He reported the theft to us and promised that his insurance would pay if they did not recover the ATV. We have contacted him many times over the phone and sent a letter asking to be reimbursed for the loss of the ATV ($2000) and he has told us that he is submitting forms and waiting on insurance. It has been a year and we have lost confidence in his word.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/12/09) */ I have contacted the customer directly and we are working out a resolution Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2021/12/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) He responded the same way he has all year. He said 2021 had been hard for him as he was small business. He asked us to remove our complaint with BBB and we told him we would when we received a check that cleared the bank.
