I had Affordable Moving move my furniture from my apartment to my new house on 5-31-2023. My furniture was nearly purchased and is eight months old because I bought all my stuff for my apartment that I lived in for 8 months. The company handle my property unprofessionally and didnt use any moving blankets which were sitting in the back of the company trailer. They also made comments a long the lines of can we just toss your bed over the rail? It will be easier since its heavy! I have a purple 3 mattress hybrid which is $4k! This was very upsetting and not to mention that one of the employees decided to use the bathroom #2 in my apartment! The employee began to was his face in my sink and got water all over my washer from the disconnected line. It sprayed all over leaving it soaked and the floor completely wet. I have never see anything like this or experienced it ether and the company told me to email them pictures and they will look into it! This matter needs to be resolved immediately because of the amount of damages made to my property and also I was liable to pay on the spot without having someone come look at my property! I had to pay $530 for them to move and damage my stuff and I feel I that money should be paid back to me and they should be liable to pay for the damages also!! This is unacceptable!Business response

We regret any accidental damages that *** have occurred during **************** move. These damages were not intentional, as **************** was present at the time of his move. We have settled with him on any claims provided to us. We strive to provide each customer good service and respect. This claim has been settled.
