I don't know how the service department stays in business. My car (at 40k miles and less than one year on the road) had a major motor issue defect that required a brand new engine and turbo replacement. Took the car in on November 6th, and as of Dec 13 have still not received the car back. Second thing: the technicians damaged my fuel door by popping it off with a screwdriver as they claim the actuator was broke. (it was not broke whenever I took it in) Now, waiting on fuel door paint job to finish. Third, the techs did not lock my doors overnight and I got an alert on my phone at 5:15 am that my car door was open. I called up, and they were oblivious to the fact that someone had broke into their lot overnight. I went in person and asked to speak to the Service Manager ****, whom states that they were sorry that I did not have the car back and that they in fact did not lock the doors that night (even though I was lied to on the phone that morning). GM stated that they would take care of my car asap and I would receive a call today (Dec 13) and by 6 PM I had not received one. I went in person to give an ultimatum of getting me into another vehicle or cancelling my loan as a customer. They tried to SELL ME another car by trading mine in, and raising my payment. The service manager stepped in to say that he did in fact drop the ball and did not go get my fuel door plate. I also had a loaner given to me during this time, which I kept in tip top shape. After many days of not being told the truth of what my car status was at, I decided to return the car so they couldnt charge me for bogus fees. I'm not saying you shouldn't do business here...but if you want customer service from the ******************* I would tread cautiously at this location of lackluster technicians and service manager (***********************) whom has NO clue what's happening in his shop. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY CAR BACK.
