      I requested Scoggin Dickey to cancel an order for a LS7 Controller. They didn't respond until the next day and by that time had told me the order already shipped. They told me I could return the order. When the order arrived the box the item was shipped in was damaged and dented, so per their website instructions I am including here, it says I should open the box to confirm the contents of the shipment. So I opened the box only halfway to peak inside and verify the contents were still unopened and not damaged. After verifying that the contents were not damaged and unopened, I signed off on the shipment. Then I shipped it back to them for a refund. Upon arrival they decided to blame me for the condition of the box they shipped it in and said they could not refund me my money because I opened the box to verify the contents had not been damaged. Their website advises their customers to open the shipment.

      My complaint involves the unusually quick time it took for the Scoggin Dickey **************** team to perform their inspections resulting in an unsafe driving condition for myself and family. Initially I informed ********************* salesperson of how a recently purchased ****** CH-R shakes when coming to a stop. He informed me that the service team would look into it. They concluded that the brakes needed replacing and they did some work on them. When driving the vehicle it also felt like the car was shifty. ****** suggested it may need tires but the report stated only 2 were replaced. After only 2 weeks I noticed the vehicle became harder and harder to gain control and when driving back from ********* to ******* the vehicle would lose control very easily. I spoke with ****** who informed Service manager *************************** to look into the issue. Apparently the team claimed that I had removed one of the tires and ran into something as they found scrapes against the one of the outer rims of the vehicle. These accusations left me extremely irate and I let them know I had not messed with any of the tires or any other part of the vehicle for that matter, nor had I ran over anything causing any damage to the rim. They took me back to the service garage and placed the vehicle on a lift where they took pictures of scratches found on the under carriage of the vehicle and told me that there was also a messed up hub in the braking suspension that could have only gotten there if I ran over something. My response still had not changed as I assured them nothing was ran over nor were any tires removed that would cause such damage. My complaint would be that Zwiacher and team missed the damage on initial inspection provided they even completed an inspection at all. I would also note that the tire pressure sensor light came back on after ****** told me it had been replaced, however; the initial service report does not reflect that any sensors were replaced. I refuse to pay any costs.
