      On March 12th. I was in contact with said business. Ordered a replacement pickup truck bed. Invoice#LCP102651. Was told I would receive it in a maximum of 18 business days. I was transferred to E&T Store to make payment of $980.00. Paid using my credit card. E&T invoice#******-001. I have reached out again and again. No response via text messages and phone calls. It's now April 15th. Phone numbers for both places are unreachable. I'm at a loss of what to do.

      I ordered an Auto Part for $600 on March 7, 2024. The part was supposed to arrive by March 29, Its now April 10 and theres no tracking number. They are not answering their phone nor their email and I cant get my money or the part.

      Placed and order for an engine for a 2017 Kia ******* He told me the price and sent the invoice. I made the payment and never received my engine. When trying to contact on my phone my number is blocked. I called off another phone and he answered and asked for the order number. I gave it to him and he placed me on hold and never came back to the phone after 20 minutes went by I hung up and called back, now that number is blocked.

      I purchased an engine for $3168 on February from lucky's car parts and it was to be delivered March twentieth and I have not received anything And no one is accepting my calls anymore or my emails..

      On 2/12/2024, I placed an order with Luckys Car Parts for 2007 *** 328xi front bumper, headlights, and rear taillight lenses for a total of $ ******* paid via Zelle which include delivery to my address in **. On 3/5/2024 I called *********************** (Sales Executive) to check on the status of the past due delivery I was told because they were not able to reach me by phone they sent the shipment to their warehouse in **** for storage. They required an additional $350 re-delivery fee, which I also paid using Zelle, however, the parts were never received. Now, they don't answer my calls and blocked my number to prevent me from calling.Attached, please find my Zelle transactions and the email communication.

      I ordered a motor online I paid with Zelle the name of the company that received my payment is Lfive automotive llc ******** ** I have the Zelle transfer numbers cause I had to make 3 payments 2at 500 the 3rd at 100 the invoices sent to me via email are from Luckys car parts ******* ** ***** it also gives a corporate office address of ************************************************************** phone number ************** invoice number lcp102633 after the first Zelle transaction I go nervous and tried to stop the Zelle payment with my bank and they took a fraud report then I went online to find any bad reviews cause luckys car parts web said they had been in business over 17 years I only found 1 so I went ahead and made the rest of the payments the last payment was march 11 2024 the invoice they sent me said I would receive the motor about the 29 th of march 2024 I called them today to see if it had shipped yet and both numbers are disconnected please I cannot afford that kind of loss I only get ***** a month I am on disability thank you

      I ordered a drivers side power seat for a 2003 ****** maxima on February 19 2024 for $400.00 Expected delivery date was for March 10 2024.I have repeatedly called luckys car parts and left messages about this problem and have not gotten a response to my phone calls or emails.

      I am filing this complaint as a SCAM ALERT. Lucky's Car Parts is NOT a real business. On 2/29/24, I was contacted by "***" via phone. The day before, I entered some of my information on a website to search for a new driver's seat for my truck. He informed me they had a seat and the cost would be $295. He stated they were in *******, ** and would ship the seat within a week. He requested payment via Venmo (which was a huge red flag I should have picked up on). I made the payment and was assured it would arrive in one week. They emailed me a receipt for payment, which I have uploaded for your review. After 8 days passed, I called "***" at the contact number he gave me, ************. When I asked about my delivery, he responded with "the driver has not contacted you yet?" I said no and he stated it would be another week. I waited another week and called back on 3/14. The response was "the driver has not contacted you yet?". He then put me on hold and i waited for 8 minutes, then the call was terminated. I called back and the number was working anymore. Unfortunately, it was only then I figured out what happened. I called the main number in *******, **************, and and was put on hold by the automated attendant. Not surprisingly, no one picked up. Like I said, there were red flags I should have picked up on from the beginning, especially the Venmo payment. I do not expect to be refunded payment, rather, I am filing this so, hopefully, it will prevent other potential consumers from being scammed.

      On March 1, 2024 I had contacted and purchased a 2.4 L engine for a ***** Accord. It was set to be delivered March 12 between 9 AM and 5 PM. I paid $636.44 after the date that it was supposed to be delivered, I contacted them the three forms that I had phone number text message and email. I have not gotten any response and Im not sure exactly what to do from here. It seems like the lines are not being answered and every call is being forwarded they have a website, but it is no help .

      I ordered car parts around February 14, 2024 and sent money for those car parts through Venmo, to *****************************, who works as a manager at Luckys Car Parts - ***************** was involved in the transaction money was paid to *********************** Venmo account however, I have yet to receive any car parts, and **** tells me that I will not be receiving any car parts. ***** tells me that the funds have been paid to Jebel ******* and they have no further recourse. Therefore Im lodging a complaint against the company and their employees.
