9/1/23 i scheduled to board (2) dogs at their facility from 9/2/23 until 9/6/23 to visit and help my friend who was very Ill. I found out very shortly she was taken to hospital and I called to cancel immediately and canceled per their on line email receipt. They debited $50.00 from my account on 9/2/23 which I was aware of but no where was I told per our phone conversation that they would keep the $50.00. I checked my account and discovered they never put that $50.00 back into my account. I again checked my email no where does it notify the customer that they keep deposits. I called on 9/13/23 10:20 am talked with staff about this matter and requested my money be returned to my account. I was then told no I would not be getting the deposit back. I sent a subsequent email to the office at Regal Pet Resort requesting my deposit of $50.00 to be returned to me. I am seeking a full resolution of my deposit of $50.00 to be returned to me immediately. Thank you **************************Customer response

I reserved to board at 8:24 am on the 9/1/23 and canceled 1:37pm on 9/1/23. I submitted my ******* phone log. They still are insisting I canceled after 72 hours which is ridiculous when I was supposed to board my dogs at 7:30 am on 9/2/23. I am insisting I get my refund $50 due to me immediately. Thank you ************************** *************
