I called for an appointment 6 days before I needed my dog groomed. I was asked to make an appointment on line. So I did so. Didn't receive confirmation until I text the number back and asked if the appointment time was available. Promptly my appointment was confirmed for Wednesday at 4:00. At 4:30 and then again after 5:00 I text and asked if they would be coming for her groom or not. We picked this groomer because he was supposed to be a mobile groomer. He finally called at about 5:20 an hour and 20 minutes after our appointment time. Made excuses as to why he wasn't there. But "promised" he'd be there that night to groom her. We made the appointment for that specific time because we were going to have pictures the next day at 11:00. After nine a text giving more excuses said they would come pick our dog up groom her and bring her back, or come in the morning at our convenience. I requested them to be there at 8:00. Instead I receive a call from Daniel telling me they'd need to come get her groom her and bring her back. This seems strange, but I say I'll just bring her to them. I'm there at 5 till 8. At 9:30 the other person comes out saying she still has about 30 minutes before she's ready and they would just bring her home when they were done. They explained they knew I had to get ready for pictures and didn't want us to be late. I wasn't exactly happy about that, but I had to get ready for our photos too. So I left. I came home got ready for photos and waited for them to arrive with our dog. At almost 11:00 I was concerned they hadn't even mentioned they were on their way. At about 11:25 25 minutes passed out appointment time for photos they text saying they had a flat tire on the way to our house. Lie lie lie!!!! They live in wisperwood area on 4th and slide. We live about 1 and 1 half miles south of the airport. They were at Detroit and Clovis road! The opposite way to our house!!!!! Very angry we drove to get our dog. I sent very very specific directions on how to groom Layla our dog with pictures as well. When we picked her up her hair was so chopped up and so short it will take months to grow out!!!! I specifically said do not cut the hair above her eyes. They cut it so short they cut her eyelashes as well! They weren't supposed to cut her tail, but they did. They shaved her bottom and about 1/4 the way up her tail! I have text emails and pictures to verify everything that was sent to them. The hair on her feet were all different lengths, and none of the 4 feet matched any of the others. She was shaken and not herself the rest of the day. And she acts like she has to be on the lookout. 3 days later. This was the absolute worst cut and service we have ever had. We refused to pay for what they did to our dog, and at this point we can't even take her somewhere to get her cleaned up because she's so very short!!! He later texted and harassed us cussing and threatening us if we didn't pay. Telling us he was going to get his money one way or another. Cussing and more. Text after text to both my husband and myself.
