            TERRIBLE GROOMING SERVICE!!!! Said my dog was matted and they needed to cut him shorter, I said ok However, upon picking him up he was completely bald (in most spots) Very uneven cut to the areas they did leave hair. In addition, they said he had razor burn, that wasnt razor burn, he had visible cuts to his testicles and underbelly. He slept non stop once we got home. We called to see if he was bathed (which I DID NOT ASK FOR, I only asked for a cut) RESA SAID THATS WHAT I ASKED FOR IN SUCH A HATEFUL MANNER!! She then said well I will get camera footage and show you, did she, NO. Now we have to visit the vet due to the impaired skin integrity with risk for infection. She could have cared less when I said I had to take him to the vet. This business is very unprofessional, seems to be very untrained staff. Also, he has an odor and itching to both ears due to water getting in them, which wouldnt have happened if they hadnt bathed him like I asked!!! I even told the front desk lady and one groomer he didnt need to be bathed as he had been prior to this visit! Poor, poor service. If anything, the staff there needs some more or better training. If I could leave zero stars, I would!!

            When ***** arrived for grooming on September 21 his owner was explained that he was matted and would be short. We recommend grooming every 4-6 weeks. ******* first visit was June 2 2023. Resa's bathed ***** the first time he was there. Owner never mentioned to staff not to bath him.Once we got ***** on grooming table Resa realized he was really matted on legs face and even ears. We called owner to let her know we would need to go even shorter. She stated to do as needed. Resa's K 9 Salon has a sign posted by counter regarding matted pets that we can't be responsible for ****** or razor burn due to the condition of the pet. ***** was super matted around his potty area which we showed his owner before he left and had put baby powder on it. Owner called back next day about red marks we offered to help but she refused to bring him back in. Resa's did not give ***** an ear infection. He had it when he arrived. Resa's K 9 Salon has been open for 26 years. Staff is very experienced and loving with pets.
