My plumber was CT. He came later than expected. CT parked his truck 2 doors down which I did not mine because his tires were crazy dirty. Instead he moved his dirty truck onto my driveway leaving big tire marks and an unhappy customer.He was called to my home after speaking to ****** about the 2 main issues I had- lack of cold water and the backyard faucet .I explained to CT the concerns. Mind you these two issues were exterior issues not inside my home. However, after I explained he did look at the backyard faucet. He mentioned it needed to be tighten. I said oK I will do it. Instead he did it.Next was the lack of cold water. We never figured it out and instead he placed cheap insulation on my cold water pipes. It took over 1 hour.Then CT asked me to at "least can I come inside to check the kitchen sink."When I made the appt I specified to ****** I was not allowing any one in due my sick mother. However, the kitchen was in the front so he came in.Anyways after he looked he said ok I don't have a mixing valve, therefore he claimed I need to make a big cut in my kitchen wall and place insulation. CT said that would cost $225 .Finally, he quoted me $185 is due for this call!I told him well you did not repair anything, just added cheap $1.00 insulation. Is that a fair price? Well he said he did a lot of labor and it is by the hour. LOL Well I did not argue as I wanted him to leave the property.As soon as he left the big tire marks were imprinted on my driveway and $185 less than what I started the day , nothing resolved, and more work for **** later called Earls Plumbing got ***** she told me well he forgot to quote you a price but that is the minimum they do- which is $185. ***** told me the price is quoted before the work is done. No price was given to me,Also asked ***** about the BIG cut CT wanted to do in my kitchen wall and who would fix that sheetrock? She said I would have to pay her construction team.I would not use ****** Plumbing as my plumberBusiness response

Our technician was at her house for over 4 hours trying to make her happy. She continuously wanted us to preform tasks & services for no charge. She had multiple improperly installed items from her builder - which (in theory) should have been covered under her builders warranty. If she would have let us know by a call, email or text that she was unhappy with us, we would have immediately refunded her in full without it getting escalated to you. As you can see from our 17 year history, we have an impeccable record because of our high standards & customer appreciation. Please take this into consideration when reviewing this case. I am rejecting this response because: The work done at our property was not to make us happy. It was to figure out what the proper channels were to fix our issue. NOTHING Was fixed, repaired to the house. The plumber came by and assessed without GIVING US A FEE UPFRONT THEN DEMANDED $185. That is ridiculous. Earls is a joke. They have other reviews across the internet that show customers are UNHAPPY. We are asking for a full refund. The plumber did NOT stay at the house 4 hours. WE have cameras we can show you. His truck left skid marks all over our driveway. RUDE

****'s Plumbing sent us a check for the refund of $185. However, I do not like the fact they talk to another company about the details of the plumbing that I PAID For. I gave my own cash to have ****'s plumbers come to the house. I did not expect the company to do a two face. Well glad you did. Because at least we are ALL IN THE CLEAR the water softener install was poorly installed. And we have soft water in the hose bibs, and lukewarm water in the cold water pipes. Thanks ****'s . People have the right to write any review on a service they got. It is not illegal; it serves others to know if they should use the company. Do not sit there and complain when the service I got sucked.Business response
