$150 for one shirt. And they screwed up the stitching, uneven logo mess, on the shirt - making it unwearable. Blamed me and the shirt for how it turned out.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/06) */ Jacob, On 4/1/22 we attempted to contact you by phone (even left voicemail), email and text (I have proof of all of these attempts) for approval to move forward based off the artwork you emailed us. Due to the fact that you had placed a rush on the order and the inability to be able to make contact with you we proceeded in order to meet the deadline you had set, still following your artwork. When you arrived at the end of the day and expressed you weren't happy with the finished job we tried to come up with an alternative solution. We made the offer of stitching another shirt out for you for free (even according to different specifications than you originally requested). You refused. Seeing as it took a few attempts to digitize the image to get the fading of the colors on the "SE" to match the artwork you sent us as well as a few sew-outs to make sure the colors looked right and the fact that we held up our multiple head embroidery machine waiting on your approval, we proceeded to ask for payment from you which was a total of $113.66 (also have proof of this) not $150 as you stated in your complaint. Despite all of the effort and time consumption spent on your order, on 4/4/22 we decided to contact you and offer you a refund. I attempted to call you multiple times (left voicemail) as well as texted you stating our decision to refund you if you would come back up to the shop (I also have proof of this). In which you never answered nor responded. In your complaint you listed your desired resolution to be a refund. Well, sir, a refund has already been offered to you but from our end it appears as though you are refusing it or any resolution/compromise despite our multiple attempts to contact you and you are continuing to spread negative comments/complaints about our service.
