They tried to keep my deposit by sending it to my old address. When I complained, they claimed that they resent to my new (local) address and to let them know if I didnt get it. I still havent received it and it has been nearly 2 months. They said I can come pick one up for a fee. Just to be clear, I am having to pay a fee to pick up my money because of their mistakes. This company will deceive you at every turn.

The first check was mailed to the wrong address, which was our mistake. ********************** didn't complain, but notified us she hadn't received her deposit refund. We still have not received this check back (in the mail), to date and placed a stop payment on the check. Another check was issued and mailed to the address she provided. She notified us again that she had not received a check. There was no arguing, but discussions on a solution since she had not received the 2nd check. ********************** requested we stop-payment again at her expense, on the most recent check and she would pick another check up in person (3rd check). The 'fee' that was deducted was for a 2nd stop payment expense that the bank charges to stop payment on a check. She signed the release document and picked up the refund in person, in our office, with no further issues. Problem was rectified. We as business owners depend on the US ************ to deliver documents/payments as needed. I'm certain if I took the time to read their reviews there are many complaints about delivery. We did everything we could to see that ********************** received her refund. She did in fact receive it and at her request that the 'stop payment' fee be deducted in order to hurry/expedite the payment. To date, we have not received the 2 previous payments issued to her, back in the mail. We are equally frustrated with the mailing system, but are at their mercy for sending or receiving delivery.
