****************** purchased a vehicle from ** on 02/22/2022. At the time this vehicle had ******* miles on it and sold AS-IS. Like most dealers, we obtained bank financing for her with a bank that specializes in customers with challenged or damaged credit. We have attached a copy of the contract that was signed in person by our finance manager and ****************** showing that the amount she purchased the vehicle for was $13,297 + TTL, financing $7,984.69 after her $7,000 down payment. Her credit qualified her an interest rate that *** be where she is getting the claim of $20,000 AFTER all interest paid to the bank, we have no way to adjust her interest rates as we are not the bank lending the money. I am assuming that the car has been driven quite a few miles since on 09/13/23 the vehicle had ******* miles on it as noted by a state inspection station, where it passed inspection. It is worth noting that there are no maintenance records during her ownership period showing on the Autocheck report.

We have not heard from ****************** regarding any of her issues whether it be the loan or the vehicle condition. We are always happy to help "hold a customer's hand" if they were to ever have any issues or questions pertaining to any area of the transaction. We can always be reached at ************ during our normal posted business hours.

****************** came to our dealership and purchased a vehicle that was financed with a bank. When you purchase a vehicle, you are not allowed to drive it for several months and just return it for a full refund and no repercussions to your credit report. That's not how it works. We attempted to trade ****************** out of this vehicle but when she doesn't get her way she throws a tantrum like a child, yelling, screaming and ultimately hanging up the phone. We offered on multiple occasions to trade her into a more affordable option but could not move a deal forward based on her actions and inability to let ** speak. ****************** has since called the bank and asked them to repossess the vehicle, after yelling and screaming at a bank representative as well.
