    So this company was referred through a friend of mine. I already take sea moss and figured it's be neat to me someone local selling it. I make my first order it a good order and large one. I make a 2nd for 3 jars of gummies and a burdock root moss. She tells me she can't get the right consistency so I gave her a reference on a powder I used for my gummies. I told her it was fine instead I'll take an elderberry and 2 burdock root which still don't equal to the amount I spent. So she gives me 3 jars. And 2 are still wrong. Later tells me to throw one away. Today marks a month and I still havnt received my updated items. Nor will she refund me unless I meet her with the wrong product which is rotten in my garbage. I told her I'd prefer not to meet as she took this to social media and played victim. But she's basically keeping 100+ because I don't want to meet her on her own time over a few mistakes she has made. She blocked me on every platform so she doesn't have to deal with it. Which I find sad for seeing potential and trusting someone's word.

    Hi how are you this is the owner to global moss seamoss . As I wrote you yesterday and today. I was willing to go against my policy to refund you. After I made a mistake i fixed it. You are still mad. I said OK let me go against my policy and REFUND HER. So I said

    Monday-Friday anytime after 6 at amigos on university so that I could pick up all 4 jars.and get you your money in cash. And you said "NO"

    and you are at this point harassing me. And making it difficult you are scaring me. And I don't feel safe. You sent so many aggressive text and emails and I at this point don't ever want to do business with you. So yes I blocked you. And I'm sorry I will no longer be refunding I have all rights to not do business With you as you are making it difficult.

    This is hilarious and comical. This company messed up my order twice and it has not been fixed at all!!! She will not refund me unless I meet her in person and I will not meet her in person especially after being told I am harassing and scaring her!? Who in their right mind?? Of course I want my refund that's the only thing I've ever said to send it back in cash app I have text I have pictures and I have proof? I'm scaring you??? I don't even want to physically meet with you. I don't even have 4 jars because I was given only 3!!! 2 which were wrong AGAIN!! Get your story straight ma'am!! I don't want to do business with anyone like you but you don't have the right to do bad business like this and rob me of my order. Now grow up.

    I wouldn't argue with this woman in text messages. I wouldn't argue with her on social media. I won't be arguing with her here. Just be-careful with buying from her. She'll see you as nothing and treat you as such as she has done me. I never got my completed order. Of course I'm upset. I trusted her word on either fixing my order and after a month of watching her fix everyone else's and put me to the side at her convenience, after giving her tips how to even fix her product, she said she'd give me extra items for having been waiting so long. I never got a corrected order and I never got extra product. I got the wrong order and just empty "I'll fix it when I get back" . And she never reached out to me. She's local and yesterday marks a month. She advised me to throw partial order away as that was wrong also and since they weren't labeled I didn't know what she gave me. She even mentioned her husband made one and so that's why it was wrong. Then said she accidentally gave me another one I didn't order , so that's 2 jars wrong aldy. I don't like being treated like this as I'm sure no one does. After a month of patiently waiting of course I thought she'd be ok with issuing me a refund but I was was so wrong. Instead she ran to social media, when I didn't argue with her there she just blocked me and refused a refund since I didn't want to meet her in person. I hope she doesn't do this to anyone else. So she never fulfilled my order and she won't give my money back. That's theft.
