This place is a scam to the fullest degree I purchased a cap paid $ ****** they charged my card and the rest is a scam... I have called numerous times, and was told they have a cap on the shelf and it will be mailed the next day, 60 Days later and no cap. And they have my money. They refuse to answer the phone. I have been unable to get any communication from them except for 1 time they answered the phone and she Lied to me then.. I have tried several different phones and different times during the day, No Answer.. So don't buy from this place they will *** You!Review from Thomas C

Order from their website on the 17th of September, was told a shipping label made on the 20th and I still do not have my product as of October 5th.Review from Gary B

Not a good company to do business with.I placed an order in good faith in June of 2022 via their website using a credit card for payment, it is now Sept. 27,2022 and I still have not received the 2 items ordered. This company has charged my credit card and received payment in full. The only communication has been the e-mail from them with a tracking number for the ***** I have e-mailed them on several occasions with no response, phone calls are useless, automated system that only goes in a circle. I would not recommend this site, I have no product and they were paid without having to wait. Shameful way to conduct business or should I say, just a con. ************Review from Paul D

Terrible. Bought 2 center caps. One was damaged and when I tried to return/exchange the damaged cap, I got no answer to my email.The instructions on the website say to send an email for a RMA. No response to my email so I called. When I called the phone number and used to prompts to get to the returns ***** no one answered, it would just ring. Eventually I tried different prompts, anything to get a live person. After a couple weeks of that, the phone will ring, and let me go through the prompts, but after that it doesn't ring. As if someone just turned that off. I also tried resending my email, and sending the same email to what appears to be their sister company, Wheels Direct (or something like that) and still no response. Purchased on 6/6/22. Rec'd pkg on 6/11/22. Sent 1st email for RMS on 6/13/22. Nothing I can do as it's not worth the time for one center cap cost (~$35). But want to warn others. My guess is the owner is virtually out of business (web site is set to expire 08/22) and trying to liquidate inventory.Review from Gary P.

This company does not deliver on their products. Literally. I placed an order on May 13th, they said it was shipped on the 18th, and I do not have my order. Additionally, *** doesn't even have the item! *** ground, at $33.74, was the least expensive shipping option. When you call, it rings once, and then nothing. You never get a chance to speak to someone. Emails go unanswered. My advice, save your money. Do not buy from here.
