I signed up for a month to month membership at the gym in ****** *****. as I was there for a 3 month work contract. I left ****** on June 17 and I have been trying since then to cancel my membership. In the agreement I cannot find any specifica?ii as to how to cancel the membership. On the website I cannot find any way to cancel the membership. I called my credit card company and was told that they input manualul my credit card information every month and charge my card. I called the number of the club numerous times without any response, until today someone answered and said Hello ****, my name, but then he said that he does not work there and he will pass on the message when someone from the club shows up. This was at 12 noon ****** time. I tried to call back several times since and I get a phone busy message. I do not know what recourse there is to get a resolution to this problem and I believe it is unacceptable for a business to have no clear policy for cancelarii of a membership. I would like to have the business give a clear answer to this issue and to reach a resolution where my credit card stops being charged.
