Subject: Formal Complaint against Elite German Shepherds - ***** Date of Transaction: 09/08/2022 Amount Paid: $5000 Nature of the Dispute:We entered into a transaction with Elite German Shepherds, owned by *****, for the purchase of a German Shepherd. The business committed to providing proper ************************* for the dog. Despite our payment of $4730.53, the agreed-upon paperwork has never been provided. ***** charge taxes on the purchase of the dog. Shes not even a registered business.Efforts to Resolve:Numerous attempts have been made to resolve this issue, including legal demand letters and direct communication with the business owner, *****. Unfortunately, our attempts have been met with evasion and unresponsiveness.Business History:It has come to our attention that Elite German Shepherds, under *****'s management, has a troubling history. Multiple individuals have reported similar issues of not receiving promised documentation after making payments. Furthermore, it has been discovered that ***** has faced legal action in another state and has court judgments against her for similar practices.Resolution Sought:We request the Better Business Bureau's assistance in mediating this dispute and ensuring that Elite German Shepherds fulfills its commitment to provide the promised documentation. Additionally, we believe it is crucial for the Better Business Bureau to investigate and address the broader pattern of deceptive practices exhibited by this business.Conclusion:*****'s actions not only jeopardize the trust of paying customers but also cast a shadow on the reputation of responsible breeders. We are determined to pursue legal action against Elite German Shepherds to seek a resolution and prevent others from falling victim to this pattern of deceit.Your prompt attention to this matter is highly appreciated.
