Bubbas appliance was called to repair my Kenmore Elite front load washer that was indicating a (OE) code that will not allow the washer to spin and drain out. The washer was repaired and came with a year warranty for the repair. The washer worked for less than six months and another service call was made for the same issue . The washer was repaired again(September 07, 2022). The washer is indicating the same (OE) code that was previously repaired and will not allow the washer to spin and drain out. I have made several attempts to reach this company via phone and text messages in reference to an appointment for the repair of my washer beginning May 26, 2023. I have yet to receive a date of repair. The only answer that I did receive from the company is that they will let me know via phone call 30 minutes before arrival. Arrival for what date? I have the receipt from where I previously paid for the repair (OE) and the warranty for repair indicates a year. It has not been a year. As of today this issue has yet to be resolved.Initial Complaint

*****, the co owner of the business, sent a trainee out to look at my washer, the guy *****, admitted that he had never worked on an LG and was in training, I gave him the benefit of the doubt I am all for giving people chances. Even gave Bubbas a chance after a few "Anyone but Bubbas" on the post I made about who to call about my washer. So the guy, who was very nice and I don't fault him, didn't even know how to put it in diagnostic mode... He did try to spin and it only spun once. So he pushed a few buttons and that was that. He called this ***** guy and he DIAGNOSED IT OVER THE PHONE. Quoted me $320 total for a new motor. Said that the motor was locked up which is why it wasn't spinning. ***** left and I started thinking a bit, put it in diagnostic mode... It spun. So I called the next morning to talk to someone about requesting a new person come out to look again because the motor wasn't locked up and I was questioning the diagnosis and wasn't going to pay that much for it to still be broken. Well let me tell you that my convo ended with him yelling over me multiple times, trying to tell me the guy he sent over was his brother that has worked with him for 27 years and knows what he was doing, that he is a mechanical engineer and you cant just google his job and so on... And when I tried to ask him to let me finish what I was trying to ask, he hung up on me. So now I am out money for nothing. Not only was he unprofessional her is a lier as you can see by the initials in my pic the guys name was ***** and his brothers name is *******, who was actually sick in bed at the time. All I was calling to ask was if he could come out and check again because it wasn't locked up.
