      I wouldnt recommend this business to my own worst enemy. After Aquarius pool services closed I had to find a new company to maintain my pools at my different locations. Hired Texas pool guy, theyve been maintaining my pools for about 6 months now and today I fired them. My pools constantly stay green, I have to beg and plead with them to fix any is***s with my equipment. The owner tells me my pools are green from the pollen....Really?!?!...Why werent they green every spring in the past then? This business is full of lies and neglect...I was in a life changing vehicle accident and I was bed ridden for two months at my home. Out of those two months Texas pool guy came and cleaned my pool three times. Unacceptable. I hired ******************* services out of Nederland and havent looked back. The owner of Texas pool guy, *****, has harassed me through text after I fired them stating he will *** me for theft of services. Not a good look for him at all considering they havent serviced my pools hardly at all in the last few months. The technicians they send out look like ex convicts and always have an attitude if you ask them to work on anything. The receptionist says she will order parts or materials for you but never does, same excuses every time. Im not replying to the owner, if he wishes to take a legal route than so be it. I suggest anyone to do their research, ******* pools are the best around, and did I mention Im paying them less than I paid Texas pool guy?

      Do NOT use this company!! They are non-responsive and unreliable. My home warranty company assigned them to fix our pool. They sent us an email that they were coming the next day from 9:00-4:00. They never checked our availability, just unilaterally scheduled it. We called and emailed numerous times when we got the email but got no responses. Appointment day, I called at 11:30 to verify someone was coming out. The office lady said “the tech is in the field working and I don’t know his schedule, I’ll call you right back”. I never got called back. I called multiple times and left at least 2-3 more messages with no reply. At 3:30, a man with the company messaged me to say they were cancelling my appointment and it was because of the weather. Note- the rain had ceased a few hours prior to his message and the office lady told me the tech was in the field working when it was raining earlier that day. We sat here ALL DAY waiting on a tech who never showed; and they refused to confirm whether they were coming or not until 30 minutes before they closed and then lied about the reasoning. AWFUL SERVICE! We won’t use them again!!!

      I apologize that we could not work on your electrical issue in the pouring down rain. We did answer your call when you made the first call and You did get text notification that you were scheduled for that day. The office secretary could not tell you when the tech would be there because we were waiting for the rain to pass. We did not cancel your appointment, you called the home warranty and cancelled the appointment because we had not showed up yet in the rain. The rain cleared by the end of the day and we were absolutely going to go to your job but you had already canceled the job in the early afternoon before the timeframe was even up for us to arrive. You have a history of taking your anger out on us. You yelled at us when warranty didn’t not cover your equipment failure previously due to flood damage which they do not cover. Home warranty can be frustrating with their rules on what they cover, and during the busiest time of the year for pool repairs we can sometimes be on the other line when you call so we can’t always answer right away if we are taking care of other customers.
