We had Ray and his company, Sahkateh, come out and replace a 35 year old wooden fence on two sides, one that is shared with the back neighbor and a side neighbor. The work was beyond expectations. It took two solid days to complete 125 ft of wooden fencing, from demo, removing of old cement posts and debris to total completion along with proper clean-up. Ray showed up on day 1 and gave a rundown of what the day would look like, very important since I am working from home at the moment. Ray did the same on day 2, gave a precise timeline. His crew was respectful of time and space and there were zero issues from start to finish. The estimate was spot on and there were no surprises. Day 1 was from 8AM-545PM and Day 2 was 8AM-730PM. Ray under promised and OVER delivered by stating it would take 3 days and instead it took JUST 2 days. Two other contractors gave me a time range of 4 - 6 days to complete, not an option when we have 2 large dogs that need to take care of their business.We loved the work so much, we're working on having Ray do another project.Project Date: Sept. 1 - Sept. 2, 2021 Project Scope: 125ft replacement of 35 year old wooden fence Project Time to Completion: 2 days
