Unfortunately we are unable to locate this claim to review. The complaint was file anonymously and the phone number is missing a digit, so we can not review the claim. We would gladly review if we had the correct information. We are a subrogation company that pursues uninsured motorist for our clients. We do not continue to pursue once we receive a cease and desist letter, if attorney information is provided we only communicate with the attorney once the letter of representation is received. Our office would gladly respond to this complaint with the correct information.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
You were given a cease and desists from my attorney MULTIPLE times. I can also send you the witness statement where the other driver admitted fault in TWO languages.
Sincerely,

Charles ****** called me on behalf of ***** ********** regarding an outstanding balance on 11/18/2021. To my knowledge this was the first time that I had been contacted regarding an auto accident that occurred on 06/03/2021. He refused to provide an explanation of charges being presented to me, stating that he sent a letter to my home address on 11/06/2021, that I never received. He began to raise his voice and over talk me during the entire interaction, not even allowing me to gain a clear understanding of the issue at hand. He claimed and noted that I began yelling and screaming at him during the interaction. He never gave me the opportunity to properly understand what damages his company is trying to collect for or a reasonable opportunity to resolve this matter, before threatening to send a request for suspension of my drivers license to the department of motor vehicles. He terminated the conversation three consecutive times without giving proper notice of charges or intent to collect. I reached out to his peer Scott ******* and he also refused to send the information regarding this debt as well. Both stated that they were not willing to send the documentation to my home address because it had been sent previously, while Scott requested that I pay twenty-five dollars to receive this information by mail. They were not willing to send the information to me unless I provided my email address, which I reasonably refused due to the fact that they have my home and mailing address on file.Business response
