We signed a contract with Mr. Fields to remove some dead trees which he did. Then we decided for him to rework our shrub beds and irrigation system. We are an elderly couple (86 & 83) years of age. He asked us to leave the garage open so he would have access to the sprinkler system control box. He didn't stay with his work crew, but would leave and come back later in the day. My husband who uses a walker went out to the garage a few days later and saw that two of his drill charges were missing. Our grandson who is in the military gave him a new one for Christmas. It's has cost us $99.00 to replace it. I've asked Mr. fields to return the battery charges his men took from our garage and to fix zone five of the sprinkler system that doesn't work. He refuses to return our calls and we are still in the 90day warranty period. What can we do? Is there anyone who can help us?Customer response
