Ordered 2 pair of shoes on 11/24/22 received an email confirming my order, a family member tagged me in a post showing the boutique was selling the items I was looking for. I commented that I had Ordered already, the boutique asked did I order On the post or online i said online, she asked for my email and was going to look up my order so I commented It to her, never heard from her, I messaged Her on Facebook page got no response I emailed Her yesterday asking about my order she asked would it be under that email I responded with yes or it would be under another email and sent it to her I also Sent screenshots of my email I received when I ordered The shoes from her along with my payment screenshot and the order receipt from the shop app that she uses for her boutique and haven’t got a response. She’s constantly posting more items for sale on her business page on Facebook but doesn’t respond to my comments about my order or other people’s order. She took $79.50 from my PayPal for my shoes but doesn’t know if she got my order or not and doesn’t communicate. She also did this same thing back in 2021 with an order I had Placed with her and didn’t receive one of my items and once I messaged Her and finally got her to respond she said she would send them I never got them and after months of messaging her about not getting my item she wouldn’t refund me my money for them only wanted to give store credit and offered me different pants that we already had.
